Refund policy

1. Auto-Booking Service

1.1. Payment Structure

The auto-booking service involves two distinct payment phases:

  • 1.1.1. Initial Service Fee – payable prior to the commencement of the booking process. This fee covers the effort and resources required to attempt to secure an appointment at a Schengen Visa centre on the user’s behalf.
  • 1.1.2. Service Charge – payable only after a successful appointment booking, for the execution and completion of the auto-booking service.
1.2. Application Activation & Eligibility
  • 1.2.1. An application is considered fully active and eligible for booking only when all required information and materials have been provided accurately and completely by the user. This includes, but is not limited to, passport details, personal information, photographs, visa type selection, and any other data required by the relevant Schengen Visa centre.
  • 1.2.2. Any delays caused by missing, incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information provided by the user will pause the booking process and will not count toward any time-based refund eligibility period.
1.3. Refund Eligibility for the Initial Service Fee
  • 1.3.1. Refund eligibility for the initial service fee applies only in cases where xVisa.com fails to successfully book an appointment for the specified destination and visa type within a reasonable time frame, defined as no less than 14 calendar days.
  • 1.3.2. The 14-calendar-day period begins exclusively from the moment the user’s application becomes fully active and eligible for booking, as defined in Section 2.2.
  • 1.3.3. If the conditions above are met, refunds will be processed promptly upon the user’s request.
1.4. Service Charge & Non-Refundability
  • 1.4.1. Upon successful appointment booking, the service charge for the auto-booking service becomes payable.
  • 1.4.2. This service charge is non-refundable, as the service is considered fully rendered once an appointment is successfully secured.
  • 1.4.3. After a successful appointment booking, no refunds of any kind will be issued for the service charge, regardless of subsequent changes, cancellations, or external factors.

Payment terms

1. Auto-Booking Service:

1.1. The auto-booking service requires two separate payments:
  • 1.1.1. Advance Service Fee: This fee must be paid before the appointment is booked. It encompasses the charges due to the Schengen Visa centre for arranging the appointment on the user's behalf.
  • 1.1.2. Service Payment: Upon successful booking of an appointment, users will be provided with a link to complete the service payment. This payment is obligatory within a 24-hour window from the issuance of the payment link. Inability to fulfill this payment within the specified period will lead to the automatic cancellation of the appointment. It is important to note that this service payment is not subject to refund, even in instances where appointment cancellation occurs due to delayed payment.
