- Complete extract of the civil registry or family book
Provide a complete extract of the civil registry (Tam Tekmil Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği).
- Return or onward travel booking
Provide confirmed roundtrip flight ticket or reservation, or other proof of intended transport to the final destination and back to the country of origin or residence.
- Valid passport or travel document
Valid travel document with at least 3 months validity beyond the requested visa, at least 2 blank pages, and issued within the previous 10 years.

Provide a copy of the passport first page and copies of Schengen visas received in the last 3 years.

Submit 2 recent colour photos meeting the stated specifications.

Provide proof of accommodation for the whole duration of the intended stay, such as hotel documents, private accommodation proof, or another appropriate accommodation document.
