- Complete extract of the civil registry or family book
Complete extract of the civil registry (Tam Tekmil Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği).
- Proof of six months' residence in consular jurisdiction
Your application must comply with the local jurisdiction of the relevant VFS Global Visa Application Center according to your residence address in Türkiye. Check the official guidance before booking your appointment.
- Return or onward travel booking
Flight reservation for departure and return, or other confirmation related to travel.
- Valid passport or travel document
Passport must be valid for at least 3 months after return, issued within the last 10 years, and contain at least 2 blank pages.
- Full copy of passport pages
Photocopies of passport pages with personal information, visas and stamps issued within the last 3 years.
- Passport photos (standardized)
Two photographs, 35x45 mm, white background, not older than 6 months.
- Travel health insurance
Travel health insurance with EUR 30,000 coverage valid for Schengen countries, starting 1 day before travel and ending 1 day after departure, with original signed/stamped document or readable QR code.
