Croatia Schengen visa from Turkey

Complete the visa application form online at https://crovisa.mvep.hr/, print it, and sign it in two places. For minors, it must be signed by parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

Provide evidence of means of subsistence, such as bank account statements covering the last 3 months, to show how you will finance the trip and support yourself during the visit.

Provide an invitation from the organiser of the cultural event or conference, the contract concluded by the cultural service provider, or an invitation to a creative workshop. If the inviting organisation covers travel, accommodation, and food costs, this must be clearly stated in the invitation.

Fingerprints of 10 fingers are required unless they were collected within the previous 59 months and remain usable.

Provide return flight reservation or proof of intended transport with itinerary. For other transport, supporting documents such as vehicle registration, driving licence, green card insurance, or bus ticket may be required.

Provide confirmed hotel reservation(s) covering the entire stay, or a travel plan for a multi-destination Schengen trip. Reservation dates must match entry and exit dates.

Passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended stay, issued within the last 10 years, and contain at least 2 blank pages.

Provide copies of the passport personal data page and all used pages of the current passport, and if applicable previous passports and previously obtained visas.

One recent colour photograph, 35x45 mm, with white background, preferably biometric, must be attached to the application form.

For sports events, provide a certificate from the sending sports club or sports federation.

Travel health insurance must cover repatriation, urgent medical assistance, and hospitalization with minimum coverage of EUR 30,000, valid for the Schengen area for the entire stay.

Provide a detailed Schengen travel itinerary letter including transport arrangements, accommodation, and day-to-day activities.

Visa fee must be paid in accordance with the Visa Code, applicable EU visa facilitation agreement, or the Law on Administrative Fees of the Republic of Croatia.
